FAST KIDS is the solo power-pop project of Mike Brandon (The Mystery Lights), paying homage to his power-pop roots. Raised in the Central Coast punk scene of California (Salinas, Santa Cruz) and now based in Ridgewood, Queens, Mike channels influences from power-pop pioneers like The Nerves, The Boys & The Shivvers to craft his debut Fast Kids Forever, recorded at Business District Recording in Johnson City, NY with producer Hunter Davidson.
