The Dangerous Method is an indie alt-rock power trio based in Nashville, Tennessee, formed in 2014 by songwriters Joseph Jared and Emily Jared, often described as "sad songs played loud". The band, which includes drummer John D. Miller, has released multiple albums, including I Don't Know If This Is Helping, and is known for a gritty, heartfelt sound.
